To be able to understand what our symptoms are telling us is a great start to help resolve them.
It’s not the conventional way to see our symptoms but symptoms have their own physical intelligence, giving us clues on what we need to focus on in our lives to help resolve them.
Our energy goes weak to everything that bothers us! Even though the weakening effect may have a slight impact on us physically, its the accumulated effects over days, weeks to years that eventually create energy blocks and then we say “Ouch”.
Our natural state is wellness, why wouldn’t we give ourselves clues as to how to get back to that state? Often times the location of the symptom may be a direct indicator of the underlying root causes.
A pattern of pain, tightness, or stiffness on the left side of our body – “Feeling left out, left alone, left behind, left with extra responsibility or thrown out”. The same type of pain on the right side. “Being right, insisting on being right, being wrong, insisting on being right, being wrong, being told you are wrong”.
Pain in the neck – Who or what in your life is a pain in the neck? Eg. We don’t have enough money to buy nutritious food.
Pain in the buttocks – Who or what is the “pain in the butt?” Eg. My boss keeps reminding me about the same old reporting requirements.
Lack of energy in or issues with the hands – What in your life is “not being handled well enough?” E.g. ”Can’t seem to find enough time in the day to finish my daily chores”.
Numbness – What is there in your life you can think of or are reminded of and want to be numb too?
Lack of energy in or issues with the feet – Judgement or worry about “Steps taken or not taken in life”.
Lack of energy in or issues with breasts – Over mothering, nurturing, guarding, protecting, worry, fearful, analysing, internalising.
Once we source the imbalance of energy to the true reasons for the root causes of our symptoms, we can quickly resolve the perceived problem at hand.
Referred pain occurs within a part of the body other than the injured area that actually hurts when the symptoms of the pain manifests, or refers itself. The source of the pain will come from the mental, emotional, psychological, psychic and/or spiritual levels.
The referred pain is most likely the product of an unhealthy interaction between the body and other life-levels. Mental-emotional-and emotional-are two of the most common.
Mental to emotional refers to feelings, or what you think is causing the emotional problems. Emotional to mental means how the way you think influences the emotionalization of your feelings.
Emotional pain is simply feelings that cause or contribute to physical manifestations of pain, and/or physical pain that stir up emotional responses to the pain, leading to increased pain intensity.
Pain may be attributed to social, emotional, financial, or spiritual issues beyond the physical level. The supports of basic life such as relationships, attachments to time/accomplishments, wellness, fitness, career/purpose are carried out by one or more of the following stages. The multi layered relationships between these levels act on them are from the body – mind – spirit – emotions.
